Tsareena Tsareena Tier 3 Aggro Basic

Tsareena VTsareena V is one of these cards that never did much in Standard, yet found a new life in Expanded. Tsareena's Queen's Orders attack deals damage by discarding Pokémon from the Bench. This combines well with three cards (or categories of cards) in the format: first, Sky FieldSky Field, which increases Tsareena's damage cap from 220 to 340 damage; second, GiratinaGiratina, which can come back from the discard, which makes it easy to increase Tsareena's damage output, while also adding some damage counters on the opponent's board; and finally, Pokémon with Abilities that work when they come into play, such as Dedenne GXDedenne GX, Eldegoss VEldegoss V, and Tapu Lele GXTapu Lele GX. These Pokémon can be used for their effect, then discarded, and even used again later thanks to Night StretcherNight Stretcher or Dragonite EXDragonite EX, which shines in this deck.

Like every aggressive deck, Tsareena has to find a way to beat Regidrago Regidrago, which can usually win the Prize race because of the free extra turn afforded by Timeless GX. However, unlike many of its competitors, Tsareena actually has a few ways it can do so, making it one of the best pure aggro decks, although a hard one to sequence perfectly.
